Ridgeview is comprised of 58 properties in a gated community with private roads which are maintained by the Homeowner’s Association through a road reserve fund. A major amenity of the neighborhood is a common area of approximately 10 acres  we call the River Park.  The River Park has access to the French Broad River and the Association is developing plans for the land; ideas for the park include walking trails, picnic facilities, and easy kayak access onto the river.  Please note lots 55 and 56 on the neighborhood map below are not within the gates and therefore are not members of the homeowners association.

DIRECTIONS TO RIDGEVIEW

From Asheville

Travel on 240 or I-40 to reach I-26. Take I-26 East to Hendersonville and get off at Exit 44 (Mountain Home-Fletcher-Highway 25). Go South on Highway 25. At the third traffic signal turn right on Rugby Drive. Go less than a mile and turn left on North Rugby Road. Go less than a mile and turn right into Ridgeview.

From Downtown Hendersonville

Take Haywood Road/Highway 191 towards Mills River/Hwy 280. After the traffic signal at West Henderson High School, turn right at the next traffic signal onto North Rugby Road. Turn left into Ridgeview which is the first community on the left.
