Looks like summer is here or soon to be. We are excited to share our River Park is currently getting cleaned up to finish our French Broad River access and walking trail. Our current home construction site on Majestic View is moving along quite nicely and a new one is in the process of finishing plans. If building vendors are not adhering to speed limits, quiet hours or construction site trash cleanliness please contact Gary Weinberg, the ARC Chairperson, so he can respond to your concerns.

****Construction hours are from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Mon-Fri****8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday. No construction on Sundays or National Holidays.****
